4.1 Approved Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals on the hh99 platform can be made using the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). Funds sent through any method other than those listed above will not be accepted and may not be refunded.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. This limit applies to all payment methods. The maximum deposit limit may vary depending on the payment method and account level.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits & Timeframes

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, if account verification is in progress, this time may be longer.

4.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies will not be accepted.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% welcome bonus is offered on the first deposit at hh99, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200.
• Deposit ৳26,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 → total balance ৳41,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered 15 times before they become withdrawable. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each promotion must be used within its specified validity period.
• Using bonus funds for arbitrage betting or exploiting the system through any other method is prohibited.
• hh99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus promotion.
• VIP members will receive weekly cashback benefits according to their tier.

5.4 VIP Program

The hh99 VIP program has five tiers. The weekly cashback rate differs for each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

6.1 Gaming Rules

All games offered on the hh99 platform are operated by third-party software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming) and are regularly tested for fairness. The specific rules for each game can be found within the game interface.

6.2 Finality of Results

Once a game result has been determined, it is considered final. If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error, hh99 reserves the right to refund the bet for that round.

6.3 Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows bets on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football, kabaddi, and other popular sports. Once a bet on a specific event is confirmed, it cannot be changed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hh99 platform:

• Using funds from illegal sources or participating in money laundering activities.
• Using software bots, automated systems, or any other technical method to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting the bonus system through multiple accounts in violation of the bonus terms.
• Manipulating or attempting to manipulate any game or betting system.

If any of the above activities occur, hh99 reserves the right to immediately close the relevant account and forfeit any deposited funds and bonuses.
